From Austria. To Anywhere.

I grew up a redhead in Austria, dreaming big (and doubting even bigger).

Standing out never went out of style, and over time, I realized it was my greatest advantage.

At 18, I grabbed a suitcase and flew to the US as an au-pair.

No plan. No roadmap.

Just curiosity, stubbornness, and a mild addiction to adventure.

Later, I studied International Business and Economics in Innsbruck, spent two semesters in France.

…and met the love of my life.

15 years later, we’re still partners-in-crime.

My career has been anything but linear. Digital Marketing in industries like welding, construction, and electromobility – each move was an experiment in learning and growth.

By my 30s, opportunities from Google, Meta, and Pinterest came knocking. I managed a $30M book of business, worked with brands like Disney and Vodafone, and learned a simple truth: visibility and clarity are everything. No matter how good your work is, it only matters if people can see it.

Somewhere in all that, I realized I didn’t just want to help brands shine.

I wanted to help people like me, talented, ambitious, sometimes unsure, step into the spotlight without shouting, pretending, or losing themselves along the way.
